Confession

Okay, Okay... I have to confess: I have been lazy lately. You would think because we are empty nesters that we have more time for the more important things in life, but the truth is, there are plenty of other stuffs that can fill up the empty slot left over for not having to do the more essential things in life. I went to Sister Taggart's New Testament class today and got a wake up call; we are studying in Luke chapter 10 & 11 where Christ is sending out his Twelveth and the Seventies (which by the way is only recorded in Luke). There were 9 things commanded by the Savior and they can be found from Luke 10:1-16. In verse 4, it reads ... "and salute no man by the way": this is interpreted to be "stay focus, do the essential and don't waste time in paying attention to things that are not important". So no more execuses that I am too busy this week because of seminary (this is spring break, so no seminary) that I don't have time to write. Thus this is my confession because my only execuse is that I am LAZY! Something we have done the last few weeks: Alice in Wonderland Junior

One of the family in the ward, the Ekins, have their kids in their elementary school play sponsored by the PTA. Emily, the eldest, has a major part of being the Daisy. She even brought her sister, Katie (Bug) with her on stage. Can you see the little lady bug on her waist? Maddie and little Ellie (even though she is only 3) sing and dance as the Flower Buds. It was a fun play and the girls did a wonderful job in acting their parts. Most of all Ted and I have a great time.

Food, Food, Food:

I have continued to exercises almost 6 days a week with my friend, but I have to say I have not losen a pound. We have been watching the food network when we are exercising so I have come across a lot of good recipes. May be the reason why I have not lose weigh is because I have been cooking, experimenting with different food. I have taken some pictures but I don't know how to get it off of my phone. Any suggestion?

Baby on the way:
